Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, it is very difficult to change or cancel an order once it has been placed. We aim to process an order as quickly as possible. You can change or cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. Once your package has been picked up by the transport service, the order can no longer be changed or cancelled. If you still want to change or cancel your order, we advise you to contact us as soon as possible.

I made a mistake in my order/entered the wrong address. Can I still change it?

Unfortunately, it is very difficult to change an address once an order has been placed. We strive to process an order as quickly as possible. If you want to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible.

I have not received an order confirmation, what should I do?

It is possible that your order confirmation e-mail has arrived in your SPAM inbox, so please check there quickly. If you do not find the e-mail there, it may have been blocked by your spam filter. In that case, please add service@pommepidou.com to your address book. If you still don't receive anything, please contact us.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is processed and has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. You can use the tracking link in this email to follow your order. You'll find it just above the "view your order" button. Is the link not working right away? Don't worry. Sometimes it takes a few hours before you can track the current location of your package. 

You will also receive an e-mail directly from DPD with more information about the various shipping options. If necessary, you can change the place or the day of delivery via this e-mail by following DPD's instructions. You also have the possibility to indicate a safe place where DPD can leave your package.

On the day of delivery DPD will send you a separate e-mail with a delivery target. Moreover, live tracking is available for your parcel.

My order was damaged or incomplete. What do I do now?

Receiving a damaged or incomplete order is never fun. Sorry about that. But don't worry, we'll be happy to sort it out for you.
